We want you to love your new purchase, If you are returning the product, please take a note that some small irregularities in pattern, weaving, color, design etc signifies these are handcrafted products and therefore are truly unique in nature. These are not machine crafted products and therefore we would appreciate if you can consider that before returning any product.
In-spite of this, if you still want to return, we have a very friendly return policy. Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. Please see below for more details regarding this.
Returns and Exchange:
- You may return merchandise purchased from us within 7 business days from the date you have received the product.
- Buyer need to inform us through an email at email@example.com with the Order ID & the reason for returns. Please attach picture of item(s) you have noticed defective or any complaint for verification & fastest solution.
- We will send you our shipping address as soon as we received your request over returns with valid reasons.
- Item must be returned without using it and make sure that there is no Perfume smells or stains.
- PLEASE NOTE : ON SALE items and Custom made dress are NON – REFUNDABLE because we make it as customer request.
- Shipping, Tax Charges will not be refunded and for any other reasons customer had to pay for their own return shipping.
- You can return us through any courier service convenient to you. We only only process changes in dress (if possible) or refund once we receive the item(s).
- There will be no return for Size, due to the instruction and the size guide.
Once your return request get approved with valid reason, You will receive store credit in your email within 24 hours of receipt of return. Store credit will be valid for three (3) months. You can use this credit to buy any of our products on our web store. The refund store credit will be limited in value to the amount paid by you (any discount availed will not be included in the amount).
